You can update your billing information by emailing plumeria@acct-admin.com or calling 800-419-2118.

When is my first payment due?

After completing your loan documentation, you will receive a welcome email with your first payment due date. To make sure you are always in-the-know, you can check that date at any time in your Payment Portal.

We will also send you an email and letter shortly before your repayment period starts so that you aren’t caught off-guard.

How can I make a payment?

You can make payments using the Payment Portal online or over the phone by calling 800-419-2118.

You can also make a payment via check or money order. Please log in to the Payment Portal for more information about where to send your payment.

Can I make extra payments toward my loan or pay off my loan early?

Feel free to make larger payments if you’re able, even up to paying off your loan in full. There are no fees for extra payments or early payments.

Extra and early payments can help you pay off your loan faster, which is a great way to save money in the long run!

What is the grace period for late payments?

A late payment grace period is a specific length of time after your payment due date. If you make your payment during this grace period, you can avoid late fees and negative credit reporting.

Plumeria loans have a grace period of 15 days for late fees and 30 days for negative credit reporting.

What happens if I don't finish school?

We sincerely hope that you finish your program and thrive in your new career, but we understand that things don’t always work out as planned.
